With respect to any visual content contained on this Website that is subject to 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 and which was created by the owners and operators of this Website as primary producers, the records relating are maintained by the custodian of records of this Website:
No person on this web site regardless of role or potential 2217 applicability is under 21.
Currently none of our content apples to 2257 (see exemptions), we will follow all current 2257 rules if and when such content appears.
Exceptions to 2257:
Currently all visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

In those cases the documents will be locked away and only brought out to satisfy a legal request. All volunteer models have the right to have me change or remove any content at any time for any reason. If you don't like it or come to dislike it, I'll fix it .
