Natasha turns her nose up at Babette's delicious hamburger, claiming all snotty like, that she's a vegetarian.  Babette's politely exclaims "you know what you can do with your vegetables?"   Babette bind and gags her and indeed shoves some veggies up her insolent big ass, literally following up on her own threat !!
